Web framework for tracing and discussing a support cases
A support site where the users of EIBA products can forward their problems to the support staff, follow them up and be notified accordingly. No difficult login. You want a case, fill it in and login will be created automatically if you are not registered yet.
For the staff that has administrator rights special administrator features save a lot of time on each support request via automisation. This, however, cannot be illustrated if you visit that site. This site has been built by me from scratch.
